Sad news - One of our founder members and past Chairperson, Jennifer Cornish has passed away after a long illness.

Jen's funeral will take place on Tuesday 5th March at Vinters Crematorium at 1.15 p.m

Our thoughts go to Brian and the family at this difficult time.

Just to let you know that Judy Thomson, our former 'Raffle Lady', has had a fall at home resulting in a broken hip.

Judy is in Pembury Hospital awaiting an operation.

September 5th

Chris Wallsgrove's funeral will take place at St Margarets Church, Barming on Tuesday 18th of September at 11.45 am. 

There will be a Committal afterwards at Vinters Crematorium then on to the Fox and Goose Pub, Weavering Street, Bearsted, ME14 5JP. 

All are welcome.

No flowers, but any donations to the Cardio Myopaethy (UK) charity would be gratefully recieved.

 Barbara Hearsey's funeral will take place at 11.00 am, Vinters Crematorium, on Monday 10th September, then afterwards at The Redstart Pub, Barming.

The Pentanque scheduled for the same date has been cancelled.

The outing to Guildford and River Arun trip has been cancelled. 

Apparently the River Arun is too low at the moment for boat trips.

A full refund will be given.

More sad news.

Today we have heard of the unexpected death of our Chairman's wife, Christine. 

Christine was an active member of our club supporting Colin and helping out with the Monthly Raffle.

Our thoughts go to Colin and his family at this difficult time.

Sad news - we have just heard of the passing of two of our members.

Mary Tagg passed away on Friday 3rd August after having a massive stroke.

Her funeral will take place at Vinters Crematorium on Friday 24th August at 1.15 p.m. and afterwards at the Grangemoor Hotel.

Barbara Hearsey also passed away on Sunday 5th August in Maidstone Hospital.

Both were keen active members of our club and will be sorely missed.

Our thoughts go out to their family and friends.
