At last we are back!!!!!

Dear Barmara Member,

We hope you and your family have all managed to stay safe and well during the past difficult eighteen months. Our condolences go out to anyone who has lost family or friends during this time.

The committee has recently held a meeting and we have decided that, to try and get back to some sort of normality, we will restart meetings in October. We are changing the meeting day to TUESDAY (this was always the preferred day).

It is anticipated that everyone will have had their two jabs.

CAN YOU PLEASE LET ME KNOW whether or not you wish to continue as a member.

Date of next meeting TUESDAY 26th October 2021, Doors open at 1.00.O’clock

PLEASE BRING YOUR MASKS

This will be a social meeting with tea and cakes. There will be no speaker, just a chance for everybody to catch up with old friends and acquaintances. We will also be discussing the restarting of our activities.

We hope to see as many of you as possible there.

Regards

Brenda Sargent

Membership Secretary

Hi to all those who look at our website occasionally.

We hope that you and your families are keeping safe and well.

Sadly Maureen Smith (Mo) passed away last night in hospital after contracting this awful Covid 19.
Mo has been a committee member since the 'club' started in 2003.
She took on the job of organising holidays, along with Gloria Rayment, and day trips out.
Mo will be sadly missed by us all.
Our thoughts go out to her family.
